Self-Exclusion Program

How to Self-Exclude from jeezbuz

Self-exclusion is one of the most powerful tools available to players who feel that gambling has become problematic. When you self-exclude from jeezbuz, your account is suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit funds, or place any bets for the duration of the exclusion period. Any pending withdrawals at the time of self-exclusion will continue to be processed.

jeezbuz offers the following self-exclusion options:

  • 30-Day Temporary Exclusion: A one-month break. Your account is suspended but not deleted. After 30 days, you must actively request reinstatement — your account will not reopen automatically.
  • 3-Month Temporary Exclusion: A three-month break. Same conditions as above.
  • 6-Month Temporary Exclusion: A six-month break. Same conditions as above.
  • 1-Year Temporary Exclusion: A full year away from the platform. Reinstatement requires a formal written request and a 7-day cooling-off period before access is restored.
  • Permanent Self-Exclusion: Your account is permanently closed and cannot be reopened. All personal data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy for regulatory purposes, but your account will never be accessible again. This option is irreversible.

Send an email to support@jeezbuz with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Include your registered account username and the exclusion period you are requesting. Our team will action the request within one hour of receipt and send you a confirmation email once the exclusion is active.

Self-Exclusion Is Binding: Once a self-exclusion is in place, jeezbuz will not accept any request to reverse it before the agreed exclusion period has expired — regardless of the reason given. This is by design: the cooling-off period only works if it cannot be undone in a moment of impulse. After the exclusion period expires, reinstatement requires a deliberate, formal request with a mandatory waiting period.

During a self-exclusion period, jeezbuz will also suppress all marketing and promotional communications directed to the excluded account. If you continue to receive such communications after your self-exclusion has been confirmed, please contact support@jeezbuz immediately so that the issue can be resolved.
