Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using jeezbuz in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a fully registered player — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of jeezbuz immediately.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through jeezbuz, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games, table classics), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), virtual games, promotional offers, bonus programs, and any future services added to the platform.

jeezbuz operates as an entertainment platform providing online gaming services to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform is accessible to adults aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you warrant that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

jeezbuz is strictly an adults-only platform. To register an account and access any real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing jeezbuz from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of jeezbuz or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member or household member of any such individual.
5. You must have a valid, personal bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account in your own name for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

jeezbuz takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, all players are required to submit government-issued identity documentation (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) confirming their date of birth. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are restricted to limited functionality and may not process withdrawal requests until verification is approved.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jeezbuz. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify jeezbuz promptly if any of your registration details change. jeezbuz reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time and to suspend your account pending verification if discrepancies are identified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeezbuz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password containing a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP — this is strongly recommended and available to all registered players at no cost.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact jeezbuz support immediately at support@jeezbuz if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use the same password for jeezbuz that you use for other online services, particularly your bKash, Nagad, or mobile banking applications.

jeezbuz reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time — including during withdrawal requests, following unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jeezbuz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not impose currency conversion fees; your account balance is always displayed and transacted in BDT. jeezbuz accepts the following payment methods:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to your card issuer's terms)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳500,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jeezbuz account within five (5) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours during BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) working hours.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — jeezbuz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification checks.
4. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
5. jeezbuz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a security review, fraud investigation, or KYC verification process.
6. Any active bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotional Terms

jeezbuz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

The jeezbuz welcome bonus offers new players a 100% match on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000, on a minimum deposit of ৳500. This bonus is available once per eligible new player. To qualify, the player must complete KYC verification and make the qualifying deposit within the promotional window.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated on each promotion page) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
2. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–25%) or not at all. The contribution table for each promotion is available on the promotion page.
3. Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated on the promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
4. Abuse: jeezbuz reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting to circumvent wagering, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as a result of free-spin winnings or a no-deposit bonus is ৳5,000.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) are announced on the jeezbuz promotions page and are subject to their own terms. jeezbuz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Section 6

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

jeezbuz is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or third party.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, submitting fraudulent identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through low-risk wagering strategies, matched betting, arbitrage, or any method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming activity.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider after deposits have been made and played. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or glitch in the platform. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected technical error are void and will be removed from your balance.
• Money Laundering: Using jeezbuz for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. jeezbuz is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

jeezbuz employs advanced fraud detection technology, including transaction monitoring, behavioral analytics, and device fingerprinting, to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jeezbuz reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending and historical bets placed during the suspected period, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently close the account without further notice.

Section 7

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your jeezbuz account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jeezbuz. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the final balance refund to be processed.

jeezbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
3. Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
4. Receipt of a valid regulatory directive or court order requiring account restriction.
5. Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳150 may be applied to dormant accounts. jeezbuz will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying dormancy fees.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

jeezbuz provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, jeezbuz does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeezbuz, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any service interruption caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events beyond jeezbuz's reasonable control.
• Any technical malfunction in software or hardware — whether belonging to jeezbuz or a third-party game provider — that interrupts gameplay or results in the loss of a game session.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if jeezbuz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jeezbuz's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of jeezbuz that cannot be resolved through the platform's customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration. jeezbuz will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
